Effects is one of the many cool features of InVideo, but what exactly are "effects?"
And what is the best way and place to use them?
I'll go over all of that in this post, and show you all of the effects that InVideo currently has.
Let's get right into it!

What Are InVideo Effects?
You can think of effects as overlays or filters for your video.
Some of the effects like snow, hearts, and confetti act as simple overlay videos that play over your existing video.
Other effects like grunge, retro, and light leaks act more as filters to change the feel of your video. They are still basically overlay videos, but their function is more subtle than confetti or hearts.
What Can You Use Them For?
There's a near limitless way of using them depending on what videos you're creating and what your brand is.
Some simple ideas include:
- Heart effects for Valentine's day videos
- Snow effects for Christmas videos
- Confetti or fireworks effects for promotional ads when something exciting or cool happens. EX: Confetti pops out as the person in the video solves a problem
I don't personally use them a ton as I like my videos to be more "pure," but I'm sure you can think of tons of uses for these.
So, let's take a look at what they actually look like!
The Complete List of Effects
I currently only have static images of the effects, but since they move and change let me know if you'd like me to add preview videos of all of the effects in the comments below!
