If you can't hear the music you've selected when previewing your InVideo video, you're not alone.

There are some steps you can take to make sure the sound is an issue within InVideo, but if it's not I'll provide some other places the problem might be coming from.

Take a look at the image below.

If you're clicking the Preview button marked as #1, you won't hear the music you've selected. You'll hear the voiceover you've added to the scene, but the music won't be audible.

To actually hear the music during the preview you have to click on the "Preview & Export" button labeled #2 in the image below.

However, if you still don't hear the music there are a couple other things that may lead to this problem.

First of all, make sure you can actually hear sounds for other programs within the browser. Open up YouTube, Spotify, or any other program to check that the sound is good.

If the sound only doesn't work within InVideo, make sure the tab isn't muted in Chrome. Just right click on the tab and make sure it says "mute site" and not "unmute site."

If all of that is fine, make sure that you can hear the Voiceover within InVideo. Try to add a Voiceover to the scene and see if that works.

If that works, that means the issue is InVideo related and you should contact their support team which should respond in <5 minutes.

Otherwise, make sure to check that the sound is going through the right device, that your AUX cable is fully plugged in, and that your sound drivers are fully updated (if you're on Windows.)
